The Center for Environmental and Energy Policy is based on a commitment to researching, writing policy for, and advocating the use of more sustainable sources of energy and increased energy efficiency. We will use a bottom up approach, by using research and observation at the local level to write and advocate for policy proposals at the local, state, and national levels. Our areas of interest include, but are not limited to, energy usage, fuel efficiency, recycling and waste consumption.
The Roosevelt Institution is a nonpartisan, nonprofit national think tank devoted to bringing students' policy ideas to the policy process. The opinions expressed on this site are exclusively those of its members.
